Your journaling style is really clean and enjoyable to read — I should definitely take a page out of your book.
Regarding your bloods, I only saw the one screenshot, but I think you could manage LDL and triglycerides a bit better. Those two markers are usually easy to push down with fish oil and red yeast rice extract.
For hematocrit, I personally use nattokinase (saw it in one of Urs’ videos) — keeps my HCT steady between 42–46%.
Overall, killer log — seriously good work. Would’ve loved to see more blood test results though.
