These bad Boys works for real
I am running 0.2 ml stakos ed
0.2 testo blend ed
0.2 ml drosta enantato ed
Plus 25 mg provironos ed
I use 0.2 everyday cause microdosing is better for your ematocrit, less blood spikes signal to your eritropoiesis

I use sustalad be cause is a blend of various esters and using every day give me the fast power of propionate plus the strong power of long esters stable
The stakos is very practical because it mixes 3 fast acting compounds very useful when I try to get and stay very lean, masteron propionate is a dht derivate improve hardness and combined with tren acetate is eccellente for body recomp , tren ace is very powerful even at a 0.2 mg e qual to 10 mg per day as i do , gives pumps gives recomp gives vascoularity, keep u full while dieting
Last but not least i add drostargos because I like to have masteron both in fast form with the stakos and long form with drostargos but always stable
The provironos is used to maximize the free amount of test and anabolics in the blood cause it binds to shbg protein in the place of anabolics so u have more of then totally free in blood and u can have more good effects Keeping dosages lower
I do 20 min cardio at morning fasted and post training everyday for my global healthy and heart health
Even at such these low dosages the impact on blood pressure must not be overlooked
To keep my heart protected u use telmisartan 20 mg daily
I am 40 almost 41
101 kg 186 cm tall think 6% body fat
I eat 400 carbs 250 protein net almost zero fat Except 6 grams net omega 3
I use berberine and ala and chrome picolinate
No hgh no stimolants

On 13 july i will do my blood works i run this cycle every year for 3 months and with these “health supplements I am use to have very good health markers like 54 triglicerides 50 ematocrit etc
I will post result as i got
For now i explain What and why I use
At wake
20 mg telmisartan to keep my left ventricola on Point preventing furtther grow and improve also my water retemption cause it works improving aldosterone functions
1 probiotic of 9 bilions for gut
1 dose of ip6 for ematocrit it lowers iron absorbtion important to be take empty stomach
I do not eat till 14 in the day cause I like to have intermit fast since 10 years it make me feel better
I use methylene blu 10 mg with slup332 they work together to improve mitocondria health and make my liver be health ier cause most of the fat will becone my energy due to their action and no fat with diet plus these two my body tends to not produce new triglicerides and new bad cholesterol
I take 1 dose of Red rice yeast to be sure my chilesterol is stable due to masteron and tren use even if at low dose
For my ematocrit at lunch and dinner i take 1 dose of nattokinasi and another one of ip6 , nattokinasi with food ip6 before
With food i take 2 doses of tudca 2 of legalon (sylmarin) and 1 dose of curcumina high bio disponibilità
After my meals I take digestive enzimes every meal 1 dose of astragalus to help kidney a bit plus i take 1 dose of glucosammine to keep my joint fresh, suggest everyone to use these in the long run every day 3 Times for year instrad of low dose deca or use bpc157 and tb500 stay away from deca please :) even low dose , plus i take my vitamin complex with lunc and dinner and after each meal i take 2 net grams of omega 3
At night I take 1000 metformin slow for my insulin sensitivity plus 500 mg 3 x day before meals of berberine
Berberine lower a bit mthor but when u are enanched it means nothing
I use to take bromeline either before meals and even at wake up, is a very good digestive enzime and a anti infiammatori too
To me a stable is saw palmetto i run 3 doses daily for my prostate

Ematocrit is keep on Point also by doing 1 day a week of hiit cardio to raise vo2 Max plus doing microdoses dramaticallu impeoveze my ematoxrit

Last but least i drink 4 liter water , 1 during workout and i balance with 10 gram of sea salt 400 mg magnesium net with dinner and no potassium cause I eat a lot of potatoes sweet and 3 banana daily cause i like them and no need to potassiunm

During workout I use 5 gr taurine to help heart 5 gr creatine 5 gr glutamibe to improve digestione function 5 gr e.a.a. Enough during w.o. And 25 gr of cyclodextrin in 1 liter water with 2 gr salt for pump

After workout I eat 50 gr rice cream with 50 gr pure hydrowhey

Cardio and omega 3 , introduce stabled 3 years ago dramatically inproves my health panels

I use slup metil blu and all these other stuff just 3 months a year during summer cycle rest of year i run trt with 250 mg total enantato nicrodosed and i trow here an there some oxandrolone pre workout just in trt

Let see how this year blood works will go :)

Other than the standard doctor panel with colesterol ematocrito epatico enzimes etc the other test i do are very important during cycle
Is ideal to do test before mid cycle and 1 month after to always keep health on check especially whey i las 40 like me

Apolipoprotein b and lipopotein a are very important markers to determine if your heart is doing fine , if they are too mi h they can cause plaques and cause heart attack
Emoglobina glicata is crucial to understand how is your glucose binding to emoglobine in simple words if you insuline sensitive is ok with other test
Insulonimy is how is your insuline in your body let u understand how your pancreas work if work ok
Omocisteine is king even if your ematocrit could be high if omo is ok no problem cause it measures the inflammation of your walls of the arteries and how easy your blood can circulate
Ferritin is important corraleted to ematocrit to understand if its high why and where your iron goes if it is ansie ed well if its too much etc
Shbg in my case are almost 0 these are the protein binding testo but using proviron and masteron makes them “busy” and let your test be a lot more free and able to give u results
Psa are for prostate health
Tsh ft3 ft4 are for thiroid health very important for everyday life and to keep being shredded and very stressed by trenbolone even at my small 10 mg day doses and if u are hgh user u must check thyroid is not too stressed

What I like isn’t that you take a lot of supplements. It’s that you’re actually asking yourself why you’re taking them. That’s a completely different mindset from just swallowing pills because someone on the internet said so.

I also love that you’re planning to post the bloodwork regardless of the outcome. That takes confidence, and it’s how everyone learns. If the markers are great, fantastic. If something isn’t where you want it, that’s just information to improve, not a failure.

The only thing I’d tell you as a friend is not to become a prisoner of optimization. At some point it’s easy to end up chasing one more marker, one more supplement, one more trick… and forget that the biggest wins still come from training hard, eating consistently, sleeping well and staying disciplined year after year.

I genuinely hope those labs come back looking as good as you expect. If they do, they’ll add a lot of value to this thread and spark a great discussion for everyone.

I am a 26 ers year old heart attack survivor i try to search the web to find some photo of me on the stage at 114.3 kg , i was blasting with no sense and no knowledge , god blessed me , i have a degree in economy and finance that nothing to do with bb but I am a person Who has the ability to study soni started study a lot , some lil thing make Waves in all Those years believe it or not my heart i check every two year with eco after years of micardis italian telmisartan is regressed and is almost in normal shape , i am almost 41 i wanna be enanched till at least 80 years old so I am a bit concerned … i stopped eating meat 10 years ago i eat just cod and egg whites and potatoes sweet and rice cream , i cheat 3 days a year christmas easter birthday with 1 pizza 1 pasta italian and 0.5 kg of italian ice cream artisan one , i am more than meticoulos a lil bit paranoid lol my wife is a medical doctor so she is always worried lol i will post for sure and if markers are not good try to explain to community why and What to do but I am very optimistic i stopped training yesterday so will be 4 days off plus no pinning since yesterday hope to have celar sistem
