My brothers in muscle, here is my current stack.
- 600mg Test Cyp weekly
- 300mg Primo weekly
- 100mg of Deca weekly
* Split into Daily injections
- 4 iu HGH every Night

Been a PED user little over 3 years following blast and cruise. I am 3 weeks into this current cycle and plan on total of 20 weeks.

44 yo, 5’10”, 225 lbs 9% BF.

Cycle rationale
1. Test base for mass
2. Primo for slight anabolic effect and E2 management.
*Previous E2 on this same cycle was 45 which keeps my estrogen sides in check and not looking like a water buffalo.
3. Deca: just a sprinkling on top for joint lubrication.
4. HGH for recovery and a little kick for muscle growth.

Supplements
-NAC 600mg daily
-TUDCA 1200mg daily
* A ton of food

Let me know what you think. I’ve been a power lifter for years and found the deca to help in my 40s

I like the simplicity of this. Every compound has a clear purpose, there’s no unnecessary clutter, and you’re using experience to guide the protocol instead of chasing big numbers.

At 44, 225 lbs and around 9% BF, you’ve clearly earned the right to know what works for your body. Wishing you a strong, productive 20 weeks.

300 mg primo for a big man like u is wasted money , 100 deca will do none to your joint but will probably hurt your mental pheelings , every day injection is optimal BRAVO! U could up primo to at least 700 per week trow away deca , no need of all this liver supporter with primo , better have some ancillaries to keep e2 in place direcly
Hgh at night is very bad cause it suppress your only real natural pulse
Wake up one hour early take hgh do 20 min fasted cardio wait a other 60 min then eat
U will notice differenze in a minute

Rather classic so all good.

I will also tend to prefer more primo but it's a personal choice (the price and the volume of injection can... scare some 🙈 )
