Nice work, dropping from 110 to 98 while keeping size is not easy at all. From what you’re describing and how the photos look, it seems like a solid recomposition. You look tighter and cleaner without that flat look, which is exactly what most people struggle to achieve.
That said, it would help to understand the full picture a bit better. How long have you been training seriously? What does your diet look like right now and how aggressive is the deficit? Also, how has your strength been moving during this phase?
With a bit more detail it’s easier to give you more precise feedback, but overall you’re clearly moving in the right direction.
