I’d like to share an update on my current cutting cycle:

At the moment, I’m running Test E at 150 mg per week (split between Monday and Thursday), HGH 4 IU every other evening, HCG 250 IU twice a week, and Anavar 40 mg daily. Everything has been running smoothly — no PIP, no strange side effects, and overall a very consistent experience. My energy levels are high, mood is steady, and focus in the gym is sharper than ever. I feel noticeably calmer, my sleep quality has improved, and recovery between sessions has been excellent. No acne, no aggression, and my appetite has stayed balanced.

Progress-wise, I began this cut at 112 kg, and I’m now down to 92 kg. Despite the drop in weight, strength is still climbing, and I’ve managed to maintain both muscle size and fullness while shedding a lot of fat. Pumps are intense, and my conditioning and vascularity have both come a long way — much leaner and more defined overall.

For the diet, I’m sitting at around 1960 calories daily, broken down as 234 g protein, 44 g fat, and 157 g carbs. The plan’s been working really well — steady fat loss without losing strength or energy. I’m training five days a week on a pull/push/legs/arms-shoulders split, usually hitting 25–30 working sets per session, and I finish each workout with 45–60 minutes of HIIT cardio. That addition has made a big difference in both fat loss and overall endurance.

Man… this is how a cut should look when everything is thought in. Dropping 20 kilos and still pushing strength up is the definition of doing things carefully right… it means your execution is on point across the board: training, PEDs, diet, recovery. The fact that you’re leaner, harder, and still full at this stage says more than any lab number could.

The stack choice is smart and calculated… low-dose test keeps your baseline rock solid… HGH is clearly doing its job in the background for recovery and fat loss… and Anavar is delivering that signature tight, dry look with better vascularity and gym performance. Zero sides, steady mood, clean appetite… that’s how you know your body’s actually working with the compounds, not fighting them.

Training split is ok and volume is aggressive enough to preserve every gram of tissue… and adding 45–60 min of HIIT at the end is exactly why your conditioning and work capacity are climbing. My only piece of advice: watch recovery closely now. At 1,960 kcal with that workload, it’s easy to dig a little too deep… a structured refeed every 10–14 days could help keep hormones humming and performance sharp.

Overall… this is a nice cut. Ruthless discipline, controlled aggression, and precise planning. Would love to see some updated physique shots in a while, because if the look matches the numbers, the final stretch of this cut is going to be ridiculous!!

Thanks bro, appreciate it! Yeah, I’m actually doing some calorie cycling — adding a bit more food on certain days just to trick the body into thinking it’s not starving. Keeps things moving and energy steady 💪. I will share some more pictures with the progress soon.

How long have you been doing this stacking, which has helped you lose 20 kg and gain mass?

Great work

Hats off to a great performance. Be careful with the calorie count, it doesn't happen like it did to me the last time I trained, which was also my first time bodybuilding. Powerlifting was my main sport before, but I started to break down everywhere so I stopped it. When I started bodybuilding, my starting weight was about 110kg and my waist was 108cm. I went to the gym 6x a week, 5x a week I cycled 20-30km at 24km/h and did physical work with 10k steps daily. In addition, I ran stairs. Calorie count was under 2k the whole time. Everything went great and after 1.5 months I weighed 89kg and my waist was 88cm and my height was 178cm. The set weights kept increasing even though I tried to avoid it, I did squats 8x10x250kg, deadlifts 10x10x250kg, seated barbell presses 5x5x150, bench presses 5x10x165kg, raw max 238kg. I used different testosterones per week 5-750mg, boldenone 400mg, turinabol 40mg and there were some others, but that was the basic set and I used blast and cruice all the time. Then the small appearance started to bother me and I started using protein powder and fast sugars and also food that I could eat. Mass started to come. The substances changed to testosterone 750mg-1000mg, masteron ena 400mg masteron ace 200mg and tren ace 150mg ena 300mg. After 6 months, weight 112.5kg and fat 7%. Then I started a diet because I wanted more muscle definition and included clenbuterol and t3 which I alternated and increased exercise. My job was a 3-shift job and I spent all my free time at work looking for new sex partners which at worst were 7 even though my sex life with my wife was very active. I switched back to boldenone etc. in between and started going to the gym twice a day and then after about a month it hit me I couldn't cycle 2km in one go when my legs ran out of strength, every result in the gym collapsed as well as my coping skills at work. I pulled myself into a really shocking state of over-fit which the doctor diagnosed and wrote 2 months of sick leave, when I didn't eat or rest and was already working alone according to the clock I consumed 3000cal.
