Dosages and Duration :

Test C : 400mg week 1-16
NPP : 400mg week 1-10
Mast : 300mg week 1-12
Anadrol : 50mg ED week 1-2 and 5-6

This stack is aimed at gaining between 5 and 7 kg of mass. I will eat at TDEE +500 kcal because I want quality gains. I’ll have caber on hand only if needed, and I’ll use Arimidex at 0.5 mg E3D, adjusting based on bloodwork. I’ll also take TUDCA and NAC during the Anadrol phase.

Hard to give you a proper opinion with just the stack.

How do you actually look right now? bodyweight, body fat, condition?
How long have you been training seriously?
What does your training look like week to week?
How are you eating in practice, not just +500 kcal, but macros, meal structure, consistency?
Any recent bloodwork or past issues with E2/prolactin?

And if you can, share photos. That tells more than anything else.

With that info it’s much easier to say if this setup makes sense for you or not.

81kg for 5'8" 14% BF, but I'm in the middle of an aggressive cut and I'm waiting to reach 12% before starting to gain mass so the stack will be used at that moment.
10 Years of serious training
I do PPL/UL, 2 rest per week. I hit every muscle 2 times a week. I do 1 dropsets for all isolation movements. My RIR is usually 1 but I go to failure every last set.
My TDEE is around 3000 kcal par day and my macro for 3500kcal will be : 213P 506G 70g L
I'll eat 4 meals a day : fast carbohydrates around training, the rest in carbohydrates such as oatmeal and rice or potatoes. Proteins: eggs, whey, skyr, chicken.Lipid: peanut butter, olive oil, maybe whole milk. And Maltodextrin intra training
E2 is high (90pg/ml) for 200mg test a week no AI (but I'm feeling good / no side) and my Prolactin is in range.
