Nah I never took tren or hgh only Testosterone, I eat more than enough carbs, I take selenium, iodine and zinc since 2 weeks nothing changed and my ferritin is very high
You mentioned your FT3 earlier as 4.2 pg/mL vs 2.55 ng/L. Those are two completely different units of measurement from two different labs. Look at your latest panel: your FT3 sits right in the middle of the reference range, and your FT4 is up near the top. There isn't even a hint of a reason to jump on thyroid hormones here.
Outside of the thyroid, we have an entire endocrine system, sex hormones, and a nervous system - maybe that's where you need to look for the root cause of feeling like sh*t? If that slightly suppressed TSH is bothering you, it's very often just the aftermath of a cut, high cortisol, or something else you haven’t mentioned here yet. It still doesn't point to taking T3 or T4.
Moving on... "more than enough carbs" - how much is that exactly? What are your actual doses for zinc, selenium, and iodine? Neither hormone conversion nor tissue sensitivity fixes itself in two weeks.
Also, you claimed your ferritin is "very high" but where are the actual numbers? With the bloodwork you actually posted, high ferritin would signal systemic inflammation at best. And if ferritin were truly high, why is your MCHC low and your red blood cells underloaded with hemoglobin?
Fact is, Ferritin isn't even listed anywhere in the attachments you provided. You have elevated Serum Iron and high Transferrin Saturation, but Serum Iron is not Ferritin - it fluctuates daily based on your last few meals.
Give me one valid argument for starting thyroid hormones in this specific case, or let's circle back to your actual context and full lifestyle history. I already have a pretty good idea of where the issue really is... but we need full transparency here to figure it out properly.
