I started TRT because of low testosterone. I had been on and off since around 23, and at 30 I was officially diagnosed with low T. My test was around the low 200s, and mood, energy and overall quality of life were getting really difficult.
Getting it prescribed was not easy because insurance wanted to know the reason behind it. I had my testosterone, LH and FSH checked for around a year, but the doctor still wanted to wait more to understand the reason. At some point I couldn’t really handle the symptoms anymore, so I started TRT.
Second photo is from my first week of TRT, August 2025. I started with testosterone undecanoate 160 mg every 2 weeks.
Third photo is from December, before I started Anavar. I was around 71 kg there.
From December to February, for around 7 weeks, I kept my TRT base at 160 mg testosterone undecanoate every 2 weeks, and added 50 mg testosterone enanthate twice a week plus 40 mg Anavar daily. At the end I was 74 kg.
Last photo is from February, at the end of that phase.
First photo is from March. I would say I kept most of it after returning back to my normal TRT routine, which is 160 mg testosterone undecanoate every 2 weeks.
