Hi guys
I will start a new bulk soon, but i am not sure what compounds to put in my cycle. I am thinking about Boldenone or deca. Is there any other compounds you guys would suggest to stack with bold or deca or maybe instead of boldenone or deca?
Also i am considering to look for a coach who also knows enough about peds to help me get the best results, so if you would know someone decent (also with a correct price) i would be happy to hear about them. I had a coach for a few times but i wasn’t happy with the way he worked and also he charged me 200 a month which is way to expensive in my eyes.

Hey man, before anyone can give you a solid recommendation, it really helps to know a bit more about your background.

Things like: how long you’ve been training seriously, your age, height and current weight, approximate body fat, and what your main goal for this bulk is. Also important to know what compounds you’ve already used in the past, at what doses, how you tolerated them, and if you’ve had any side effects or bloodwork issues.

It would also help to know how you usually train, how your diet looks during a bulk, and whether this would be a long or short cycle in your mind.

Once that context is clear, it’s much easier to say whether boldenone, deca, something else, or even a simpler setup makes more sense for you.

Regarding coaching, prices and quality vary a lot. A good coach isn’t cheap just because of PED knowledge, but because of structure, follow-up, adjustments, and actually caring about your progress. Still, €200/month only makes sense if you’re getting real value in return. Happy to comment on that too once we know more about your situation

I have been training for a year and 3 months. I use peds for 8 months now if i’m not wrong. I know i started early with it but i let someone convince me and now i don’t even wanna quit. I am 21 years old, also i know it’s young to start with peds but now it’s to late so yeah haha. 1m75 and currently at 81.5kg, when i started training i was 59.5kg. Bodyfat i don’t know my guess is somewhere around 15-20%. My main goal for this bulk is building some nice clean mass. I used to run test and tren which aren’t the best choices. Thats what i wanna avoid now and be more wise with my cycles. I’m down for longer cycles, but i also don’t mind shorter cycles. I have also ran test, tren and dhb.

First i ran:
250mg test e
300mg tren e
Side effects where okay here bit of acne, prolactin was high tho and E2 was really high but didn’t really have much trouble with the high e2 tbh. This cycle was 3months

Then i ran juste 250mg of test e for a bit

After that it was:
250mg test e
300mg tren A
300mg DHB
Side effects shit ton of acne after not even finishing the cycle so dropped it. The idea was to run it for 3months but i think it was for max 2months probably less because of the acne.


I just used test and primo after that. My bloodwork hdl was down ofcourse ldl up a lot but now i have ezetimibe for that.

I train 5x a week. Normally like this:
Mo: rest
Tue: chest, shoulders, biceps
Wed: legs
Thu: rest
Fri: back, rear delts, triceps
Sat: legs
Sun: full upper
I try to keep me to this schedule but it happens that i can’t make it to the gym and then its 4x a week and i drop one of the legdays.

For my diet i used to go for 3200kcal 210g proteins and around 400g carbs. I also try to stay under 90g of fat.
I did up the kcal after a bit to 3800 cause i wasn’t gaining any weight. I was stuck at 77kgs for a while. This was when i ran the test e, tren a and dhb. I think 3800kcal was a bit overkill cause i see a guy thats insanely huge low bf% with 4000kcals and he’s like 2x/3x my size so i don’t know.

As you can imagine with your bad experience, Tren is not suitable for building muscle. Sorry if you followed a tiktok trend... Especially since your first and second cycle was stupid ideas.

To succeed in a real bulk you need time.
And to have it, you have to be in good health. So you need to choices product that don't ruin you.

You shouldn't also look at what others are doing. The number of calories is specific to each.
I know women who are the same height as me with 30kg less and yet eat 500kcal more than my caloric maintenance.
Don't choose a number of calories randomly based on others. Just the one that allows you to progress.

Speaking of progress, training must also be structured to be able to apply a progressive overload. In a smart way.
It is progress and performance increase that forces the body to adapt to build muscle. Not the injected product and / or the number of calories.
I know too many people who know how to manage their diets and choose steroids wisely but don't know how to train. And cycle after cycle they don't evolve... It's sad 😔.

Last point. If you're currently at 15-20% body fat (which is a huge difference between 15 and 20% by the way) then you're too fat to allow yourself a long bulking phase of 16-20 week, slow and steady.
Get rid of this fat and you will be in better condition to build muscle. You can't have everything at once, you have to do it in different phases. Cut/cruise/bulk/cruise etc. One after the other.

I hope I have shed some light and food for thought. Don't be afraid to ask if you need to.

I wanna run a good smart cycle and not some stupid cycle like in the past.

In any case, if you are not between 10 and 12% (look on the internet) you are too fat for a long clean bulk.

When it comes to choosing steroids you have to follow the "beginner's guideline" .
You jumped on the bandwagon by missing the basics.
It is necessary to determine a dose of testosterone that you can handle without sides and without seeing your e2 skyrocket.

Between 300mg and 500mg. (some people tolerate 1gr of testosterone very well without AI or side effects. But it's quite rare and you have to escalade the dose overtime to discover this).
It is only by doing blood work every 4-6 weeks at each dose choice that you will be able to determine the dose of testosterone that suits you.

You can make a lot of progress just with testosterone.
No need for another compound as you haven't successfully completed a testosterone cycle alone and learned how to manage sides. Knowing how to manage it allows you to do a long cycle and therefore... Real progress.
And it's always better to cycle 16-20-24 weeks with mild coumpoud than 8-12 weeks with harsh PED.
The harder it is doesn't mean that the rewards will be better.

You started too strong, too randomly.
