I train with weights three times a week for about an hour (I could go 4 times a week for a few months), I'm 43 years old, 190 cm, 83 kg and 22% bf (I don't know how much the scale is exactly because the last one showed less), I stick to my diet 80-90% of the time, I take creatine and protein supplements
I train primarily for health, strength and "bulking" don't interest me but I would like to gain a few kg of muscle, I don't want to use some "stronger" chemicals or needles, I read that anavar is relatively safe with minor side effects so I would give it a try, I don't have high expectations or demands, money is not an issue
