Anavar + Testoheal cycle

Needles are not that scary mate, start with a 30 G insulin syringe subq and then work your way up
Testoheal is for TRT purpose.
Not for cycle.
20-30mg of anavar is like almost nothing... Just a waste of money. It only becomes interesting beyond 50mg honestly.
And you will never gain 3kg of lean muscle like this in such a short time.

Please provide more about you, time training? Nutrition? Actual weight? Height? bf? Etc…

I train with weights three times a week for about an hour (I could go 4 times a week for a few months), I'm 43 years old, 190 cm, 83 kg and 22% bf (I don't know how much the scale is exactly because the last one showed less), I stick to my diet 80-90% of the time, I take creatine and protein supplements
I train primarily for health, strength and "bulking" don't interest me but I would like to gain a few kg of muscle, I don't want to use some "stronger" chemicals or needles, I read that anavar is relatively safe with minor side effects so I would give it a try, I don't have high expectations or demands, money is not an issue

3kg is my final goal, i would be happy if it will be until end of 2026.
Do you have an aversion towards needles? Injectable is not necessarily stronger or harsher on your body than something you can take orally. As a woman, I really like Anavar, but men need way bigger doses of everything. And regarding the Testoheal, I'm aware that there is a form of undecaonate in the US which has very good oral bioavailability, I'm not sure if this is the same formula. If it has bioavailable orally, it may work for you, but it's still way more expensive than the alternatives.
